Status Bar

The status bar appears at the bottom of the SNAP window and provides quick context while you work.
1. Overview
- The left side shows brief descriptions for menu items as you move through menus with the arrow keys.
- It also shows descriptions for toolbar buttons when you press them before releasing. If you change your mind, release the mouse while the pointer is not over the button to cancel.
2. Indicators
| Indicator | Description |

| X pos | Horizontal cursor position relative to the active graph. |
| Y pos | Vertical cursor position relative to the active graph. |
| Calculation Status | Current calculation state of the dataset. |
2.1. X Position

The X pos indicator shows the horizontal cursor position relative to the chart.
Units
The value shown uses the same units as the chart’s x-axis (the labels along the bottom).
2.2. Y Position

The Y pos indicator shows the vertical cursor position relative to the chart.
Units
The value shown uses the same units as the chart’s y-axis on the right side.
2.3. Calculation Status

The calculation status message on the status bar indicates whether the dataset needs to be re-computed when changes are made.
